"Now and then a truly strange piece, that uses familiar motifs and design elements but in a completely different fashion, appears. This one-piece William B. Kerr buckle is such a piece. It is cast silver, gilded, in a water lilies design with a huge oval turquoise-colored glass stone mounted in the center. It is about 3 ½" wide."
