| Have always been fond of Gorham, and all of these pieces, dating from the mid 19th to mid 20th centuries, have fine qualities. The spoon on the right is an uncommon Gorham cast spoon of uncertain symbolism, the design includes the entwined letters "IOA", also has ivy leaves, and a spray of Lilies of the Valley in the bowl. It will be included in an upcoming book on Gorham souvenir spoons, the authors have found only one other example, in a museum.
