Rootsweb, which hosts my little project, had a major hardware failure on 25 February and has been dark since. Though they predicted a 15 March repair date, it looks like they got the web pages back on line this afternoon. The down side is that they have lost, given the last build date, nearly a year's worth of data. The FTP function is still down, but as soon as it is available, I will do a new build and bring things up to date. Thanks to Scott and Swarter for their off forum concern; aside from that no one seems to have been inconvenienced, except for a bunch of perturbed ebay sellers and the LOC, which could not log on to do its quarterly archiving. The ftp function has finally been restored, so I have done a new build, replacing the lost data and bringing things up to date IP: Logged |
