Couldn't resist a nearly 13" fiddle pattern silverplate soup ladle engraved with a dog's or wolf's head crest. I can't get a clear pic of the marks, but hope someone can identify the maker based on a verbal description. The marks are, in separate shields, a crown, a gothic "E", a gothic "P", then in the same shield a Roman "N<large pellet>I", and finally in a police badge type shield (typical of some 19th c. Dublin sterling makers), "BU?" and "TO?" (written on two lines, perpendicular to the sense of the preceding marks). BURTON? BUXTON? BUTTON? Ring any bells? TIA for any info!

A picture of the pattern may be necessary for proper identification of the maker. Please post a picture of the pattern, even if you cannot get a picture of the mark.
