Can you provide a close-up of the hallmark or a fuller description. When and where the piece was made are necessary to help id the maker.

If the marks are too rubbed on the outside, there will still be at least a lion and date letter on the rim of the lid when it is pulled off probably in addition to the same maker's mark.

Its made in 1902 Birmingham.It has an anchor, lion and C.There is no duty mark which means is made after 1890. Any idea about C.T.B? Thank you.
