[01-0932] This board is phenomenal. Thanks so much for previous ? for someone else. Must be a stumper because it's still under discussion and I do thank you. I have another. This sterling mark eludes me. It's an anchor on its side, the letter M and a lion rampant. Found on the side of a modern briar pipe, but not in any of my books. Am looking for maker ID and possibly date/country of origin? IP: Logged |

I've seen Paisley plate from Scotland with an anchor on it's side and a lion rampant. I could not view your pics - see if that helps. Suzanne D IP: Logged |
