Found a 2 handled cup. Cup is approx. 3" in height and is fluted to look like a tulip. It has the appearance of a toddler drinking cup.

Bottom is stamped with: WmROGERS, 625. On the left side of the name appears to be a bird outline while on the right side of the name there is a star.

Can anyone help date this and tell me anything about this piece.

Your cup has the "Eagle Wm. Rogers Star" mark, and is silverplate (Sterling would be marked Sterling).

With a double handle, it could be either a child's cup, OR a sugar bowl.
