Over the past 4-5 days most of my available time has been used to edit/move posts to more appropriate forums (Mostly in the General and New Members' Forums). For example, moving American silver posts to the American Silver Forum. I guess I have restored 100+ photos, moved several 100 posts, edited out the no longer relevant comments such as [snip ... SM your image is over sized...], fixed broken links, etc. The scope of what needs to be addressed the is much more enormous than I first realized.

Any suggestions as what threads should be given priority for moving/editing /restoring images would be most appreciated. I would like to give priority to what you want restored/moved/edited, so please let me know.

Thanks.

The matter of restoring photos raises a question I had wondered about: are they archived/hosted somewhere other than our original posting locations? Or in other terms, are we individual posters committing to maintaining the photos that we post in perpetuity -- and with updated links if the host location changes?

That would be nice but there is no expectation that anyone will.
