Bravo! You go girl!

Besides the first one being Birmingham, England, that's all I can safely say for now.

I'm not too clear on the marks, especially that last mark. Can you get any closer or describe them?

Your spoon certainly was assayed (i.e. officially tested and stamped) in Birmingham as illustrated by the three stamps on the right. The anchor indicates Birmingham, the lion that it is English sterling (92.5%) silver, the third is a date letter - which I can't make out in your photo.
This style of letter and shield was introduced in 1950 with the letter A, and the letter changed every year until 1974.
Your spoon looks decidedly 1950s to me, and ENGLAND (which is uncommon on most English silver)suggests a broadly "souvenir" purpose, perhaps the coronation of Queen Elizabeth or the Festival of Britian etc. I believe the flowers are called "Forget-me-nots".

As for the third piece, the indian head - I guess this was made in Mexico.

The third mark in the series is rather asymmetrical "V", the Birmingham date letter for 1970-71.

The brooch on the bottom is Mexican. "Metales" means metals, and it is a mark used on pieces made of mixed metals--in your case, brass, copper, and either silver or alpaca metal for the base plate.

The pendant looks Middle Eastern , but I'm not sure. The hallmark doesn't look immediately familiar. I'll try to look it up.

The Mexican piece seems to be 50s-60s vintage, the pendant 60s-70s.

Looking at the Birmingham hallmark on the spoon, I note that there was a makers mark S.J.R.&S registered in 1922 for SJ Read & Son using an oval outline, according to "The Silversmiths of Birmingham and their Marks: 1750-1980," pg. 362. Perhaps the mark for this newer item was a subsequent firm. You might email the Birmingham Assay Office from their website: (http://www.theassayoffice.co.uk/html/assay_mainframe.html) to see if they might be able to confirm this. Their website does not show the mark you are looking for in their online database.
Good luck.
