I just bought a sterling silver and Turquoise braclet. There are four wings with two small stones each in them. Two of the wings have a signed name which looks like "Whirling". Can anyone tell me somthing about the maker or where I can find the info about them. have a pic if interested.
Thank you for your help.

Hello, generally we can not identify jewelry from just a mark. We need to see a posted picture. A great deal of the jewelry trade is done by small scale artisans who produce one of a kind items for a small clientele. Jewelry generally does not lend itself to mass production. People want unique pieces. If you could put up pictures, perhaps those who are familiar with the subject could help.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I buy antique bracelets as presents for my wifeand as a way of indulging my silver habit. When you submit the pictures, include shots of the underside of the bracelet. Also, look very closely for other marks besides the name. These may be numbers, letters, crests, etc., and may be quite small. They are usually on the underside, but I have also found them on the clasps and even on the visible side of the bracelet (usually on one of the edges if it is a bangle). Pictures are a must.
