Hi,

I have this bracelet, it is stamped Handwrought Penington Sterling, does anyone know anything about the artist as the only Penington I have managed to find is Ruth Penington but even then cannot find any photos etc of her jewelry.
Many Thanks

Thanks for the link, I did find that and another article about her but I am just unable to find any examples of her work to compare to see whether this might be one of her pieces.

Doing a simple google search for Northwest Matriarchs of Modernism and click on the first link 'the art gym'. That mentions her as a modernist-a print maker and a jeweler. There is a picture of a print. Who else could have made the bracelet? It looks like a modernist design. At the bottom of the article are some contact numbers and addresses. Those people may know more and may be able to guide you to find some photos. Many artists dabble in more then one form of art.
