from a hand hammered bracelt not in my possession marked "sterling/stylized N in a circle/Chicago". Possible Falick Novick but I haven't seen this mark for him.

Rainwater shows a line drawing for Napier that is similar to yours, but more of an oval and plain "N," and they were out of Meriden, Connecticut.

I can safely say that it is not the mark of Falick Novick. The style looks to be a late 20th century mark.
