I recently received a necklace made of 9 graduaged "plates" which have pre columbian designs. Each "plate" is stamped with MS in a square and a 3 pronged crown either to the left or on top of the square. The center Plate also contains "AB" "900" and what appears to be a Signature. The signature is an M F M(?) The top cross of the F extends above the other two initials. The last letter is worn but I believe it is an M. Can anyone help me identify this mark and perhaps date my necklace? Thank you

Any chance of photos of the piece and the marks? "Pre columbian designs" suggest somewhere from Mexico south to Peru.
