The seminar was great! The morning series of lectures focused on 16th century spanish influenced silver. The early afternoon lectures touched on various subjects of Viking Silver, to exhibitions at the Worlds Fair. The image of International Silver Company's "Moon Room" from the 1964 World's Fair will probably haunt me for some time but the discussion was very informative and the tie in between Viking Silver and Danish Silver worked wonderfully together. The panel discussions allowed audience participation as well as some off beat questions not yet covered. The book "Silver of the Americas, 1600-2000" that corresponds with the seminar is must have for your library!

Thanks for the update, Carla. I've always loved the Moon Room. Too bad there are no more World Fairs or worthy potential exhibitors on the scale of yesteryears.
