We will be reprinting this catalogue later in the year and I wanted to share with you a glimpse of it before hand. The catalogue itself shows different type of items from the 1904 Catalogue including bracelets, picture frams and baskets. Additionally the types of designs are different. Gone are the flowing designs using women and infants and now used are animals such as dogs, rabbits, lions and moose. Overall a very interesting catalogue considering there were 3200 items illustrated in their 1904 catalogue and an additional 700+ items in this catalogue.

It looks fascinating, Ben. I know any number of people that will be interested in a copy.

Ulysses Dietz, of the Newark Museum, will be writing an introductory essay on the different styles employed by the Unger Bros. Designers. We anticipate a November 1, 1999 publication date.

Will the 1905-06 Unger catalog reprint include any flatware? If so, what differences exist between the flatware line of the 1904 catalog and the 1905-06?
Thanks

There are 4-piece childs' sets in 3 different patterns. The 4 pieces are knife, fork, spoon and food pusher and the 3 patterns are Love's Dream, Cupid's Nosegay and Cupid Sunbeam.
