June Martin Forum Master Posts: 1326 Registered: Apr 93	posted 09-10-2001 07:16 PM The Jolie and Robert Shelton Collection of Martele silver begins its first exhibition of over three hundred pieces at the New Orleans Museum of Art. The exhibition runs from November 10, 2001 to January 13, 2002 in New Orleans. It then travels to the Columbus Museum in Columbus, Georgia February 3 to April 28, 2002. A fully illustrated catalog will be available. The New Orleans Museum of Art can be contacted at 504-488-2631. We welcome any of our readers to provide us a review of the exhibit when it opens. June Martin Forum Master Posts: 1326 Registered: Apr 93	posted 03-22-2002 07:03 PM This past week at the silver festivities in New York, we had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Jolie and Robert Shelton. I told them how disappointed I was that their marvelous Martele collection tour would not show in New York. They told me to stay tuned. Due to a delay in the publishing schedule for the catalog, the tour itinerary is being re-worked and there is a good possibility that the exhibit will come to New York. So, stay tuned! IP: Logged
