The is the single anchor manufacturer's mark used by Gorham on silver plate. For sterling they use the lion anchor G mark.

In the , the first letter is a bit hard to see but I am pretty sure it is an E. This is E P N S which is for Electro Plated Nickel Silver.

Y408 is a part number.
