Here is an olive spoon I posted at auction, but don't know the pattern.

Does anyone else?

Neat piece. This isn't part of any full-line pattern, but instead one of a series of olive spoons Gorham produced in the 1880s & 1890s. I'd say yours was first introduced around 1888. I couldn't find your piece (model #265) in the Gorham catalogs, but #267 was listed in the 1888 catalog and it turns up on eBay periodically. I've never seen the #265 olive server before.
