I have this strange double bowl spoon made by Tiffany. It is vermeil and measures about 5 5/8 inches. The pattern is not similar to anything in Hood's excellent book, Tiffany Silver Flatware nor any of the other pattern books which I have, so I am assuming it is a custom pattern (unless you have further knowledge about this pattern). I am also assuming that it is a medicine spoon (but I am open to other opinions).

The picture shows the marks. The "c" may indicate Charles T. Cook (1902-1907) or it may be a date letter (your opinion please)

Yes, your double bowl spoon is a medicine spoon in a not-full-line pattern, one example among many. I have never seen one with this particular decoration design; nor have I seen one totally gilded. It must have been intended for someone who was wealthy as well as sick. The raised C is a "date letter" indicating that the die for this piece was cut during the time Charles T. Cook was president of Tiffany & Co., 1902-1907, but not necessarily that the piece itself was stamped during this time period.
