I found that auction back with mark #1 from the post below.

quote:
RARE Philo B. Gilbert 74 Piece Set Sterling Silver 1859
74 piece sterling silver flatware set by Philo B. Gilbert in an unknown pattern, patent 1859. I've been able to gather a little information on this silver maker. Philo B. Gilbert of New York City owned a silver making company that went bankrupt in 1868. John Cook (NY, NY) apparently bought it out around that time. John Cook practiced in partnership with Theo Evans and company and was once the foreman for Wm Gale. Cook was bought out in 1880 by George W. Shiebler (also of NY, NY). Both Cook and Shiebler are well known silver names; less, apparently, is known about Gilbert.

Set includes:

• (9) dinner forks (7.75")

• (12) salad forks (6.875")

• (12) table spoons (8.5")

• (2) table spoons (9.25")

• (24) tea spoons (6.0")

• (12) blunt dinner knives (7.875")

• (1) butter knife (6.875")

• (1) casserole spoon (6.75")

• (1) punch ladle (11.5")
