Here I am again, hat in hand, no picture.

I have a napkin ring, on the outside it says "E.R.B. XMAS 1876 in old English script. (that something wrong but learned XMAS was used for hundreds of years) The hallmark is a standing lion, then an anchor, then a capital G. Sterling, 330 then a capital I.

I know the anchor is Birmingham Eng, but I can't find the standing lion in correlation to the anchor on the net. I figured the G was a date mark. Don't know what the 300 is for or the capital I.

(I am 55 and this was my great grandmothers.)

The Silver is probably Amercian Gorham or it would not have the word "sterling" on it. Compare with this thread:
Gorham spoon

Good luck,
Tom

the I could be the date mark for 1876, assuming it is reletively close to the Gorham mark.
