It is marked on the bottom Wm A Rogers 472. Can you tell me anything about this cup? It is a gift for a newborn baby named Noah. Thank you. IP: Logged
Ulysses Dietz Moderator Posts: 1265 Registered: May 99	posted 10-28-2002 09:45 AM Looks like you've been given a turn of the 20th century (give or take a decade) electroplated baby cup.It's hard to tell what the design is--probably not engraved, but possibly etched and then plated?--without seeing it. Wm. A. Rogers was one of the many Rogers-named plating companies. It eventually was absorbed into Oneida Silversmiths in the late 1920s. IP: Logged
