John Hogan Posts: 2 Registered: Aug 99	posted 08-21-1999 07:45 PM I have an 11" tall silver basket with the following silver mark on the bottom: A large "C" with a small"A" below it inside a Larger "V". it is also stamped with 1418 and 3277 B? Clarence was born March 14 1899 in Westfield New Jersey. He died on December 28, 1994 The only Item I came across was at auction on May 1, 1999 at Eldred's Auction Gallery Box 796 1483 Route 6A East Dennis, MA 02641 (508) 385-3116 18K GOLD CIGARETTE LIGHTER By VCA of New York (Clarence C.
