A friend of mine recently purchased these candle sticks and asked me if I knew anything about them. They are very nice hand hammered with ebony insets marked "HK STERLING". My feeling is they are American, but may be wrong. He couldn't tell me much about them other than they were purchased from an estate dealer. Any thoughts....I think they are stunning.

Henning Koppel is a name worth looking into. You'll probably get some better advice on these great looking candle holders before too long though.
