I think this is American as it came with a lot of Kirk coin ca. 1830-50silver all from one family. It is coin silver. While I have a guess what it is, I sure don't know. What's your guess, and why? Sorry no prize for the best answer. Maurice IP: Logged |

Looks like a claret spoon, but seems a bit short. They're usually a little longer to reach into the tall claret jugs. If that's what it is, I can't recall ever seeing one in coin. Definitely unusual! Cheryl IP: Logged |
