Oil the door hinges then wait for her to fall asleep or sugguest she take a midday nap. Then very quietly sneak out while carrying your shoes. Put your shoes on and run like crazy to save time and get back before she awakens. Next find a great hiding place or you are in BIG trouble. Good luck.
