A recent gift, this handsome Bailey & Co. coffee pot in the rococo style has an old-style mark, with no indication of silver standard.

It is very different in form from what I've seen from NY and Boston in this period. Is this a Philadelphia style?

I've seen quite a few coin items with no standard mark, like on a lot of spoons but also creamers, etc. I wouldn't think this is unusual.
