Finally found the time and energy to do a new build: 8,230 makers, etc. I had to fiddle a bunch of coding with the new site, so please let me know if something is amiss. IP: Logged |

I did a very small amount of poking around. The little I did all looks good. I am sure there are many who appreciate the all of the effort you put in to keep this project updated. IP: Logged |

In an attempt to counter my growing reputation as a do-not-at-all, I have done a new build. Around 150 new craftsmen have been added, as well as a few hundred additions, corrections, and images. 8,375 American Silversmiths & Related Craftsmen As always, I would appreciate hearing of any issues that may turn up. I hate to add this here, but does this mark look familiar to you? I've been looking for over two years and it's driving me crazy! My gut says early New York, but all of my resources don't show this mark. It's a Hanoverian Rattail spoon and has a contemporary engraving and a 1740's date on it... see also: Is this American Colonial? Or British Provincial? IP: Logged |
