I'll make this quick. Here are some names and markings on some old items that were my grandmothers. I know nothing about silver except I think it is very pretty.
  1. A crown? looking thing with 1883 by it and the name F.B.Rogers Silver Co. and the number 273
  2. A diamond sort of on it's side with the letters inside of it WIGB and below that, EX.PR.NS. Made in Sweden
  3. A circle around what looks like a hammer and a cup or something on a long handle with the word Perfection across the middle of it, then a circle around the whole thing that says, "The Hallmark of Quality Silverware, under that it has E.P.N.S. the A1.
  4. Another piece just has Wallace 522,
  5. Another one has E.P.C. Poole Silver Co. Taunton, Mass. 3500
  6. The very last piece just has this dragon? on the top of the lid and on the bottom of the bowl it has a dragon or wolf something inside of a shield with the number 61.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
Deb

Items 1,2,3 and 5 are silver plate which means there is a coating of sterling silver over a base metal such as copper. There is not enough information to make a determination about the other pieces. Photos of the marks would be helpful.

Number 4 is also plated. Wallace Silversmiths sometimes used just their name on pieces of silverplate holloware.

As for number 6, we would need to see a picture of the mark and the piece to tell what it is. It may be European.
