It is the Cresent City Silver Company, founded in New York City in 1922, moved to Port jervis in 1939. Originally, they made pewter, silverplate, and chromeplate wares, but settled on silverplate alone in 1935, manufacturing nearly 500 items. They took over the Knickerbocker Silver Company and were in turn taken over by Samuel Kirk & Sons in 1977. Don't stop asking questions. IP: Logged
