I have a silver tea set marked F. B. Rogers Silver Company, crown symbol, no. 2391. What is it worth and how can I sell it?

We do not give valuations in these forums. The value of your set will depend on:
  • the number of pieces
  • the condition
If there is significant wear through, where the base metal can be seen throught the plating, or major dents, these will detract quite a bit from the value.
  • the age
  • the style of the design.
Japanese or Art Deco styling will enhance the value, while a traditional style will hold it back.

Your best bet for determining a value is to check eBay for sets a lot like yours, and to see what they sell for. Sell it on eBay or post a photo and details in the Silver Salon For Sale Forum.
