It's made by the Derby Silver Company and bears the co stamp on the bottom. over the stamp is the #(2) and under the stamp is the # (3008). It doesn't seem to be a kettle, has a loop handle towards the back, and a cork stopper attached with a silver loop and chain. Engraved on the spout and about 16 fl. oz. capacity.
