I have a baby spoon that I think was my mother's when she was little or it may have just been my spoon. The spoon is 4 1/2" long. The back of the spoon has "International Silver Co." at the top of the handle closest to the spoon. At the bottom of the handle, still on the back, is printed Statler Hilton. The front of the handle has 5 raised lines. Then the end of the spoon still on front has an emblem that looks like an upside down tree with the middle looking like a set of guitar strings. If you look at it another way, it looks like an etched perfume bottle with a pineapple stopper and the entire bottle has leaves all around the body or it could look like the bottle has a mink coat draped over it's shoulders. I know this sounds ridiculous, but I can't explain it any other way.

Does anyone understand this?

Your spoon is a demitasse spoon pilfered or otherwise acquired from a hotel or establishment of the Statler-Hilton chain. According to Rainwater, the International Silver Comapany was organized in 1898, and "The International Silver Company mark was not used until after 1928 on flatware."

p.s.
I have a similar teaspoon in my collection.

Thank you for your response. Would you happen to know if it is worth anything?
