Can anyone identify this mark and provide information about the goblet? It is 3 3/8" tall. Thanks

What do the letters look like to you?
Could the last two letters be EP (acronym for electro plate)?

A similar mark was ID'd here not long ago as Creswick & Co. (Sheffield). English maker, the last two letters probably are EP for electroplate.
