Just to confuse things, Derby was also once called Birmingham. In any event, Derby items weren't made in Derby. "Derby SP Co." marks (half-circle marks) were used during and after the twenties, I can't find a "Derby SP Company" mark -- I'm not sure which mark the original post is referring to or whether it is described correctly. There are sixteen other posts on "Derby" in this forum -- and we're not talking hats. IP: Logged
