Stephen Posts: 625 Registered: Jan 2003	posted 04-08-2003 07:56 PM Have you looked at Bones & Fisher's "The Standard Encyclopedia of American Silverplate Flatware and Hollow Ware"? It has a lot of interesting information on some of the twentieth century holloware patterns produced by Oneida and the International Silver Co. It was published in 1998 and is still available. bonnie5050 Posts: 17 Registered: Mar 2003	posted 04-08-2003 08:54 PM I have the newest one I think, c1998 with updated values as of 2003, but I think there are probably hundreds of patterns not listed. I'm not really interested in values, just pattern names. I tend to collect things I like the looks of rather than those which might be more valuable. As far as I know, there's no single book that provides more information on twentieth-century plated holloware -- advertisements in old magazines and trade journals seem to be the next best sources for the serious researcher of such items. Some of the "replacements" type web-sites also have a lot of useful info -- once you know what pattern you're looking for. IP: Logged
