I've got a SP tray with "Wm. Rogers Mfg Co." and then "Quadruple Plate" and also "Hartford Conn"

In Rainwater's book she says that the name as such was adopted in 1865, BUT that "1865 Wm Rogers Mfg Co" was the stamp on flatware. Anyone have an idea when my SP tray was made? It has Japanese motifs, storks, bamboo, etc., and seems to be joined to a fairly plain center area which has another imprint: "Hartford Silverplate Co." and the number 1301. I see solder between the 2 pieces and think they are a later "marriage." Any thoughts? Mostly, I'd like to date the piece.

Thanks
ger
