The absolute best way to clean silver is to use it frequently, wash it in hot soapy water and dry with a soft cloth! Silver that is used doesn't tarnish. After that, it is a matter of preference. This has been a subject of discussion before, and you might learn much by doing a search here on the subject. Personally, I use Simichrome metal polish. It is about as non-abrasive as they come. It's fairly expensive at about $7 a tube the last time I bought some (small tube), but it is worth the try I think. ------------------ IP: Logged |
