The following letters are stamped into the inside of the dish - K( or X) E I P O and a backwards E. Any ideas on what or who this is? Thanks for any info IP: Logged
Dale Posts: 2132 Registered: Nov 2002	posted 03-30-2004 04:29 PM Usually Soviet era plate is marked with an M and a letter that looks like a U with a tail ('tz' from 'tzentralnaya' meaning central). These markings IMHO are erratic and usually very hard to read. In Russian, the letter 'I' does not appear. The others are Cyrillic forms, and also Greek, Serbian, Bulgarian etc. IP: Logged
