Hi, am trying to ID another odd hallmark on a set of Art Nouveau place card holders. The owner claims they are Tiffany and sterling, I disagree but would like to point her in the right direction. There are no other marks according to her and this image is all I have to show you.

Hi there Bamaj1,

Neat pieces. Could the indentations towards the top of her wings be marks.. I enlarged the photo and could not tell.

No, the owner swears that fish mark is the only thing on the piece. They are a set of 9, 8 individuals and one master, all marked the same. European? Thanks for taking a look.
