I have a sterling silver punch bowl with matching ladle and plate that goes underneath it, On the bottom of the plate it says EPNS 2760 and the mark is a shield with a crown over it and I think a gryphon on the left and a unicorn? on the right of it in the middle of the shield the letters SFC with an O in the middle of the C. On the bottom of the bowl it has three shields from left to right, with what appears to be a bird, another one with a flower and the third one of 3 birds in it. I am stumped if it is American or English and its age. Any ideas?

oddbodprimo,

Two things might help you to get more participation from other members.

1) It would help if people understood why you wanted to know about these items. Mostly they would want to understand that it is not your intent to use the info gleamed for business purposes. If this is unclear, Please refer to the SSF Guidelines.

2) Putting a lot of items up all at once will also slow the responses. Especially until the other members have gotten to know you and your motivations.

I have had these pieces for many years now and have never known anything about them. I am not trying to sell them but want to know more about them such as age and where they are from.
