hello
i have a tin 4" in hight by 4" in round it has hall marks but they mean nothing to me can some one help me to understand them
will they tell me the year it was made and where it was made ?

the marks are A EP NS and on a Shield the letters GB&S
ALSO A NUMBER 2663

also something that looks like a lower part of a car with trims and wheels !!!!!!

EPNS is Electroplated Nickel Silver. The initials in the shield is the manufacturer, but I can't tell you who that is; if it's not in Dorothy Rainwater's Encyclopedia, then it's probably English. The number is not helpful, and is just the shape or design number from the factory. Someone else might recognize the maker's initials.
