I can not find this mark..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All I know is that it is silver plate.

Welcome to the forum. Since plate marks were not regulated as were those for Sterling, interpreting them can be very difficult, especially since they were made to mimic true hallmarks. I cannot make out the letters beneath the castle. Can you identify what they are? Also, does it look as though the damaged area above the marks contained a third number, letter or symbol? Wyler published a book on Victorian Plate that may be helpful if you can find a copy in your local library.

The mark above the main marks was only an old sticker..It looks like a C P AND THEN ROMAN 4

Check with a magnifying glass. It may be EPNS for "Electroplated Nickel Silver."
