I took photos of the hallmark in different positions because I really don't know which way to read it. My grandmother used this to display her crystal cordials. Thank you. Michelle IP: Logged

The marks (they are not hallmarks - see this FAQ for an explanation), probably a trade mark, are those of an English silver plater, possibly W.W.Harrison of Sheffield.
