I have a silver sugar bowl with scoop and it has the following capital letters inside of square shields: EBBM in the center of the four letters there is a clover leaf with stars in each of the three petals. Beneath the markings it states made in England with an x beneath. I have not been able to track down this set of hallmarks. It is a failry large piece and sits at an angle like a bucket, approximately 4 to 5 inches long.

Are you sure it is not EPBM? That would be Electro Plated Britannia Metal.
