There may be sources in Spanish and Portugese, but I am not aware of them. Pieces like this come up now and then on the US market. And when they do, they tend to confuse people. The usual auction house and antique dealer solution is to attribute them to Argentina, for no clear reason. AFAIK, these were never exported in any systematic way to the US.
