Maker is "WM. A. Rogers, Ltd.". The mark indicates 'Medium Grade' 'Half Plate Flatware', per "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers (4th Ed.)," by Dorothy Rainwater.

Do not believe that this is a full-line "pattern" mosre than likely only spoons of various shapes & sizes were produced..possibly only the 2 you have shown..
