Going through our "stuff" I found a silver goblet marked International Silver Co. with the logo. Also has the copywrite symbol. The goblet has some bubbles in the silver. Was it poorly made? Was able to find that ISC was big in the WW2 era but that's about it. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

With thanks to silvercollecting.com:

Co., La Pierre Mfg. Co. and over 20 more. The International Silver Company is today owned by the Syratech Corporation of Massachusetts."

You didn't say whether it is made of silver or some other metal. Is it marked STERLING? If not then it is likely some other metal and minor imperfections would be less surprising.
