One of my favorite collections is my sugar and tea tongs, mostly English and Coin but I do have an assortment of others and these have always thrown me as to their origin. I at first glance upon purchase thought they were French but I have not been able to attribute them. Then going through some reference material I found what I think is their city mark in the German marks. the stylized "F" appears to be the city mark for Breslau circa 1746-58.

Any takers?
Thanks Roger

now I can not say which townmark it is.

I need a better picture from the hallmark.

The [F..] looks like the pruzzian tax-mark
[FW] (Friedrich Wilhelm, 1809-1812).

Hi there..

Looks to be late 18th c or early 19th c by the style and the engraving...

Really nice tongs though.

the hallmark looks like a bullhead

and a bullhead was the Hallmark of Graudenz

There is also a Letter [C] or [G]? and a G was also used by Graudenz about 1800.
The makers mark looks like [HOVA]? but i can not find a Maker Hova in the book of E.v.Czihak.
Kind Regard
