I have been collecting handmade silver items for the past 15 years and always try to find out as much as i can about new acquisitions. I recently bought an Old Newbury Crafters bowl but cannot get a good date on when it was made. After doing some research I found a list of silversmith marks used by ONC since 1965 but none of these are on the bowl. The bowl is marked as follows: ONC Sterling 208 and underneath that are the numbers 1196818 and under that is the numbers 40. As soon as i figure out how to attach photos i will include a couple. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Jday. Welcome to the forum.

Since this is your first post, could you please take a moment to read the yellow box above where it says to 'please read before you post' and add the requested information to your initial posting? Also, as it says in the yellow box on how to post on this forum, could you please add photos following the directions in the linked instructions page? Thanks!
